Kick Ass

I will never judge a book by it's cover ever again!! Kick ass was full on action, bloody violence and foul mouthed school girls from the opening. I was sure it was going to be a big renter but after watching it for myself I can clearly see why.

We have moved away from the typical comic book movie formula to a whole new level in film making. It murges all of the basic film elements with a dash of retro/modern flare. 

Matthew Vaughn who has produced a string of cracking films such as Harry Brown and Stardust has moved in to a realm of ass kicking films!! We'll be expecting Kick ass 2: balls to the wall to be as good if not better!!
